Wanderground is a secluded women's space of 30 wooded acres north of Indianapolis, Indiana USA. A wildlife sanctuary, its woods and stream are a safe home for deer, coyote, owl, hawk, fox, and raccoon. The open meadow is graced with a labyrinth.
The land has been blessed for many years with the energy of gatherings of women from all over the country. You are invited to enjoy and savor the serenity of this sacred haven in workshops and retreats offered by the Wanderground facilitators, Nancy Van Arsdall, MA, LCSW and Mary Gaul, EdD, LCSW. |

| For the past 7 years, Wanderground has been home to annual cycles of retreats called Weaving the Web: A Spiritual Journey for Women. Weaving the Web is a year-long series of 8 gatherings which celebrate the sacred cycles of earth and the deep spiritual heritage of her children. Beginning with Candlemas, these gatherings follow the Celtic holidays, concluding with Winter Solstice. The gatherings are both experiential and didactic, giving each participant the tools that enable her to connect with her spiritual "herstory" and to affirm her present spiritual path.

"Years of perceptive insight and intuitive empathy as a therapist have provided Nancy Van Arsdall with a deep understanding of the cycles of relationships. Now we can all receive the gifts of her wisdom on the pages of Coming Full Circle."-----Merlin Stone, author of When God Was a Woman This wise book invites us to understand aspects of our most important relationships in the gentle light of our intuitive guide, the moon. Nancy Van Arsdall examines the cycles of individual learning and change, and shows how those personal cycles intertwine with the cycles of relationships. When we are aware and accepting of our own cycles, we experience growth and health in our relationships. Coming Full Circle guides us to recognize our cycles and flow with them rather than misunderstanding and struggling against them. From the Conclusion of Coming Full Circle"We cannot truly honor our cycles without acknowledging the Source of all there is. Whether we call that spirit Goddess, God, Mother Nature, the Wind, or our support group, it is our spirituality that sustains us and allows us to surrender to the rhythm of life. Celebration of life, of our spirituality, is often done through ritual. In ritual we are reminded of the sacredness of all life. And what could possibly be more sacred than to share our vulnerability, our vision, our very being with one another, as we walk the path together on this blessed earth?" |
